How much stronger are Sasuke and Naruto compared to before.

I think Sasuke is a lot stronger than when he fought kaguya.

He has grown up, become smarter, more experienced and has had a lot more time to train and fight rouge ninja.

Naruto:

I think Naruto is only slightly stronger than the Naruto that fought kaguya. He seems to have lost his RM (as we witnessed in "The last")

he has also mainly stayed in the village and has not had time to train.

I think they're probably the same. Their jutsu may have become more efficient but I can't imagine much else. It's harder to become stronger than their ultimate forms basically dropping nukes.

Come to think of it though, Sasuke could possibly become stronger by unlocking his second Rinnegan, but it's probably better we don't go there yet.

Naruto has grown into an adult that makes decisions that govern one of the great nations.

Sasuke roams the world.

They have both grown in certain aspects. To say these pertain to strength development, is dependent on the situation.

It takes strength of mind to run a village, even if you have advisers... at the end of the day, you make the decisions.

Sasuke has always roamed, his purpose will reveal his growth. Honestly though, who is going to attack Sasuke anyway. He is likely just as rusty in actual combat as Naruto.

Just because he didn't use rm doesn't mean he lost it, Rikudou sennin himself said the chakras seeped into his being. Also when do you think he lost it, after he fought sasuke? if so then IT would still be going on. Naruto was just trained and didnt aim for overkill with Toneri
