The question is a little too general.

OT yes and no in the same time

I am and i always was at least a little influenced by my appearance. It helped me to be more talkative.
Also i like to be admired like any woman so this changed my shy and hidden personality into a bold person.

Since social behaviour depends on look, the more good looking a person is, she/he will be more popular, hence the society around her/him will change this persons personality to be sociable and resourceful. At contrary, an ugly person or a person who perceive himself as ugly will be self isolated in society or worse, the society will reject him.
As long as real ugliness is very rare, the ugly is sometimes the one who dont take care of his appearance enough to integrate himself in society. There are exceptions though

Looks definitely are a major factor.
But I'd say a little more important is confidence and charm. Basically, the air around you..
So, I'd rather focus on becoming the best version of me in any way possible instead of forcing the perks of my looks to the utmost.

looks doesn't mean everything though it can make you attractive to lot of people but it can get you unwanted attention too if you're not fond of much of it .

If you dance like this you get all the women:

You must be registered for see images

That's some talent but who wants the all the women for all i know there's ones a guy be good with and others he wouldn't
