How much of the Shinibi Allied Army is left?

Seriously, how many of them are still alive at this point, I mean, you had Ten Tails' wood attack kill a lot of them, not to mention there was the Shinju's roots killing even more, and on top of all that, there were the people that had died prior to the battle with Obito and Madara. Given those casualties, I'd imagine it has shrunk significantly.

There's prolly. 3000 the wood spikes killed a ton of them. Tepenchi killed many but we didn't see all of them... The chakra branches killed many and spiral zetsu killed. A bunch too.
