How Much Less Effective is DSM Kabuto Outside of the Cave?

First off lets see what this takes away from his aresenal:

-Sound Genjutsu is greatly weakened since the cave made it unbearable

-The jutsu he used to manipulate the cave spikes

-Snakes will be easier to see

-More visible in general
