It's not going to be gone forever.. its just the end for the 1st season and its mostly likely going to take a year or two maybe more till they get season 2 started.. I'm sure they want the manga to progress farther so they can get more content unless they make fillers... this is what I see thats going to happen. People have been saying this as well.

I couldn't handle a week of not watching AOT Lol you'll succumb to read the manga eventually..

Same stuff happened to Soul Eater. They should wait for the manga to get way ahead and then do it. I know they want to strike when hot, but gotta play is smart.

You know it's better to pause an anime,rather make stupid fillers.

What's more,this project is a combined effort,if my knowledge is correct, of two studios,and got a very big financial support from big company,that's why it's animation is so flawless,because they flow money like nothing to make the episode.

So,to even say that there will be a next season or not is a question?Because I don't think they'll be doing a co-work together again,anytime soon.And even if they do make next season,I wonder whether they'll be having a good financial support or not.Incase of not,then animation,the only thing keeping this manga popular,will be not of this quality.
