Ok, when Sasuke absorbed Orochimaru he gained access to all of Orochimaru's knowledge jutsu and abilities. Sasuke later lost these benefits when Itachi sealed Orochimaru with the totsuka blade.
My question is basically did Sasuke retain any of Orochimaru's knowledge or justu from the time when he had absorbed Orochimaru?

You can basically think of Orochimaru's knowledge as a huge library containing all of Orochimaru's experiences, studies, and jutsu. During all of the time that lapsed between Sasuke absorbing Orochimaru and Orochimaru being sealed by Itachi, Sasuke had a lot of time to search Orochimaru's reserves of knowledge. This means that it is very possible that any knowledge or jutsu from Orochimaru's mind that Sasuke learned and retained would not have been sealed away.

Its like losing a library, but still remembering all the books that you read.

This could be the reason why Sasuke how to resurrect Orochimaru.

This could also be possible because when Kabuto mentioned that he had been to the Snake Sage Cave Sasuke acted with shock rather than his usual indifference so it is plausible that he at least knows about sage mode.

where are people getting this idea that just because he took over orochimaru that means he learned everything he knew? that makes nosense at all. He took him over and gained a faster healing/chakra regeneration rate. thats basically it. he got trapped in orochimarus soul transfer jutsu chamber whatever the hell it was and he had 2 options. Let oro take him over, or take oro over and supress him. he took the later option.

He did Know how to summon snakes. Remeber he summoned Manda during his fight with Deidara.
