Each time it is used, per teleport.

Does Minato just gave enourmous chakra reserves, efficiently uses FTG as not to waste chakra, or does it not require very much?

I doubt it requires a lot of chakra. Compare it to Obitos Kamui, since it is also a S/T Jutsu, he uses it all the time without affecting him.

I think it depends on what being teleported. But I don't think it requires a lot of chakra

Relatively little chakra, which is now insignificant due to Minato's KCM. Probably depends on the distance.

It requires a decent-large amount.

It took 3 normal Jonin to conduct FTG.

Minato spams it by himself.

I think it takes very little chakra, I imagine use of his seals are what save him from expending an excess amount of chakra.

According to the site ( ) it uses no chakra, *if it's just him, other things or people takes little - alot of chakra depending on the object/thing/person.

The * is my added perspective to the sites explanation. I'm not trying to take NB out of context

S/T Ninjutsu's chakra needs depend on the object that is being teleported. That's why it took more chakra for Minato to warp Kurama and himself than it does to warp himself alone. Bigger target=More chakra used.
