[Discussion] How much better is Tsunade's Healing compared to Sakura's

Before this chapter (649), it was believed that Sakura is now almost on Par with Tsunade in terms of Medical and Str.

After reading this chapter (649) After seeing Tsunade simply touch Shikamaru's forehead and heal this dude completely in

a nanosecond, I have to wonder if it was ever close to begin with.


Maybe Sakura needs to mature a couple of decades to reach Tsunade's level.

Am I wrong?

Sakura hasn't surpass her in any way :/ Dunno why People think that lol but she will. I mean Tsunade is way older and know more than her so you can't really compare them :/ but if you compare it with Team 7 it Looks like this

the last shippuden episode madara was telling tsunade how his grandfather can heal without even weaving signs and tsunade was angered


maybe she has gotten that ability to heal faster than originally and even with weaving sings.

Look again. Naruto was healing him at the same time as Sakura. There were chakra bubbles around him when it showed Sakura's hand and this was right after Naruto was making that oath not to have another friend die.

He was already healed, Naruto and Sakura made the hardest job, Tsunade finished the job.
But Sakura is still far from Tsunade's level, but i was more impressed by this Sakura than the Tsunade from the 2nd Shinobi war.

Sakura couldn't heal him - Tsunade did.

But look, Sakura did do well. She made use of her giant forehead with the Yin Seal. She healed the Shinobi Alliance in one go, using the Slug summon. She held her own, somewhat and appeared side-by-side alongside Naruto and Sasuke (if only for a short time).

... but for her to have SURPASSED Tsunade in healing (general) at this point would leave me really disappointed.
Tsunade is the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki. She's one of the Sannin and known as the greatest healer in the Great Five Shinobi Nations, not to mention is a Kage and has decades on Sakura as well as superior chakra reserves/control and experience.

I don't want Sakura to be that level at age 17 - it seems ridiculous. She's become more exceptional as a shinobi and has the most potential out of Tsunade's students, yes... but to surpass (completely) her at this point seems foolish and it would make Tsunade look really weak.

Naruto - has surpassed Jiraiya in Senjutsu, true. But in all aspects of the shinobi arts? Hardly. He hasn't surpassed Jiraiya in fuinjutsu for example, nor in general Sage Arts, ninjutsu etc.
Jiraiya is one of the highest ranked in the databooks, and for good reason.
Should note the only reason Pain defeated Jiraiya is because they knew his secret due to being his students - Jiraiya was that powerful without a tailed-beast sealed in his gut.

Sasuke - defeated Orochimaru whilst he was incredibly weak and had lost the spirit/soul aspect of his arms, thereby weakening his strongest aspect/trait as a shinobi.
He surpasses Orochimaru in some aspects, of course - but not all.

Sakura - the real problem here is that she has yet to strike out on her own. She emulates Tsunade, from her healing justu, to her taijtsu/strength as well as her temper.
Unlike Naruto and Sasuke, has little/nothing to define her as anything but the 'Second Tsunade'. No Sharingan, no blood limit, no massive chakra reserves, no tailed-beast.
She has no 'edge' to beat Tsunade, especially at her own game.
I think Sakura's potential lies (perhaps) in Genjutsu, if she took to that like Kurenai has - and used that alongside her taijutsu, she could surpass Tsunade in that aspect... maybe.

Sakura is closest to doing so, as Tsunade's move pool = Sakura's currently. Sakura was sustaining him until Naruto stepped in and then tsunade came. It's not like Sakura was doign absolutely nothing previous to that. Unless you want to tell me all the panels of her healing were for nothing and Naruto and Tsunade did it all.

J-man's ace in the hole is Senjustsu. A imperfected one at that.

Naruto perfected it and now has fused it with BM. I Like BSM over J-man. Naruto doesn't need to learn every jutsu J-man knew and be more powerful at them to surpass him. His current feats have him being compared to Hashirama. That says enough there. Prime J-man with all his jutsu's isn't on current Naruto's level. He's stronger. He surpassed him.

Sasuke and Oro I said was debatable.

But if he wants to go ahead and try and take Sasuke's body NOW, he can go ahead and try. I wish him gl though. He's no walk in a park. Btw, Oro himself compared Sasuke to Madara. It's damn near canon he's gonna hit EMS Madara's level if he hasn't already and EMS Madara >> Oro.

Sakura's simple problem is that her healing and strength <<< Tsunade's. That's all I can judge cause that's all she and Tsunade can really do.

If it really counts though, Her chakra control should be better. :/
