Manga says the Uzumaki bloodline has tremendous chakra storage and life length. Manga still doesn't say how the Namikaze family is related to the Senju or to the Uzumaki clan, so until then, I can't assume Naruto has the same chakra capacity as his mother, or even more, I can only suspect he has less chakra capacity, like half or alike. As far as I know, Namikaze Minato learned Sealing jutsus from the Uzumaki Clan, but he hadn't any special trait.

I suppose that about the hair... Naruto just inherited his father's hair so that's all xD.

Okay think about it THIS way... Do you know that Sasuke's mother, Hinata's mother, or Negi's mother have a Doujutsu or direct blood relation to someone who does? No, right? But you believe Sasuke, Itachi, Hinata, and Negi are all "pure-breed" of their respective clans, correct?
