I think that itachi or sasuke would get the most, only due to how fast amaterasu is and the fact that it doesn't go away, it's not long before the entire landscape is coverd in black flames. Naruto with BM yang chakra nukes a countless amount, but I don't see him killing as many as fast as sasuke or itachi could, and honestly hashirama I'm starting to wonder about, zetsu is made from him, I don't see wood killing a bunch of plant men as quickly as everyone else. and Madara with PS is OP, but I still don't see him killing as fast as either of the amaterasu toting uchiha's.

Sasuke - Unlimited with his new EMS that has a Susanoo that shoots Amaterasu like bullet (Madara's Susanoo also shoots but it is large shurikens like the ones he shot at the Alliance that got blocked by Naruto's Kurama chakra)
Naruto - We all know that all he needs to do is touch the with small attacks and they will turn to tree
Itachi - Are you really asking? loool this is unlimited... he can even do this will shurikens to their heads (with his 100% accuracy)

IMO 1000 hands & multi bijuudama put madara, hashi & naruto on top, with hashi killing the most.

Sasuke is a bit lower due to the fact that he doesnt have a proper vantage point, his ama orb & susanoo are on ground level, the height advantage is what puts the former characters above sasuke.

Itachi would fall due to stamina though, & he also lacks the height advantage that the others possess

IMO muu can definitely kill more zetsu than Itachi.

I dunno, sasuke as of now is better than Itachi is with amaterasu, and Itachi with his MS version set an entire forest ablaze, I think Sasuke could do the same thing, only he has EMS backing him, I think Sasuke honestly takes this, he pumps out too many 1 shot attacks with the least amount of waiting time/drawbacks.

Hashirama, has plenty of wood, but zetsu are made from his very genetic material. I'm not so sure they can't simply use the mayflower tech and meld with the wood. Madarama has PS, and big katon attacks, but I still feel as though sasuke and itachi gets more than him. once the landscape is ignited, it's nothing but death all around.

well with itachi's shurikenjustu and the fact that he can mass control opponents to kill each other off, itachi can kill all the zetsu's. hashirama only needs to touch them, and the rest should be easy

Clearly you don't read the manga, outside genjustu can kill a mass of zetsu's within minutes
