How many uchiha did Madara go through before finding Obito?

Considering the circumstances and how "Coincidental" they were. Is it possible that Madara did enough genetic research to figure out which Children would gain what MS Abilities?

While MS abilities can come off as "Random" to me it seems as if there is some genetic traits that are shared between ancestors.

they r same chatacter but they have different consiousness....tobidara was still inside Bobito controlling him when kabuto revived edo madara..
