no, i used to do something similar but with me it was a gun in my mind and i was young and really really screwed up. because of the things i did when i was younger i spent my entire childhood from age four to 18 in a group home with no rights. now i'm going to college and don't have those thoughts anymore. My opinion is that naruto techniques are probably worse then the gun because at least the gun has a grip on reality. You should get some therapy and i'm not saying that to be mean or anything, therapy is more normal then "normal" considering more people have problems that require some form of therapy or medicine then not, and that's a by a large margin. Anyway imagining yourself hurting someone by any means for any reason is not good. To make it worse what your imagining isn't even within the realm of possibility. Go to therapy and you will find you will have less anger and not actually want to hurt people.
