It depends on the dragonballs used, as they each summoned a different dragon. Earth summoned Shenron while Namek summoned Porunga.

Shenron could only revive a person once, while Porunga could do it multiple times I think.

But Dende created a new, empowered version of Shenron. I can't remember exactly, but I thought the only thing that changed was the number of wishes was increased.

Shenron can Only bring you back once
Porunga can do it more than once i think
Second time Goku got revived was because elder kai gave him his life force which still had a few thousand years on it
Explains Why goku was still young at the end of gt even though its non cannon
