How many times can Shisui use Kotoamatsukami?? CAN HE SPAM IT??

I think he can use it anytime he wants, its his eye, and the fact he won't be famous if he did'nt use KA a couple of times, he had to have used it atleast two to three times before becoming famous, so you tell me how does he plan on using KA on the uchiha massacre if he used it say 3 times in his life, he is not even above 20, and he definately awakened his sharingan between 9-15, if he used it only once, he won't be recognised and that means he can't use it on the uchiha massacre as a decade won't have passed by then, and the dude saying because he did'nt use it on danzou that means it has a cool down is wrong because shisui never intended to control danzou, even in the filler he used normal sharingan genjutsu

I don't think Shisui can spam it but I don't believe he can only use it once a decade for Shisui himself because the MS always has drawbacks and limitations when it's not in the possession of it's original owner.

OK, OP not gave us specific characters here but looking to his tendency to overestimate Shisui/NV feats he will put verse like DB, Seint Seiya, DBZ/DBS, Tenchi Muyo, Sailormoon, Getbackers, Digimon, Toriko in his list.
