How many Susanoo clones can Sasuke make?

Madara did it with wood clones, not shadow clones. Shadow clones divide the chakra in half. Wood clones are much more powerful and durable than shadow clones. Not to mention being an Edo tensei means no real drawbacks in stamina for doing such a thing.

Doubt sasuke can make any. Definitely no PS with clones. Maybe one legged susanoo shadow clone, two max. Stop comparing wood clones to shadow clones.

Yeah, sure. That's like saying Naruto shouldn't be able to make Kurama Avatars with Shadow Clones just because they halve his chakra, yet he did, and while he wasn't at 100% at that. And don't even try pulling the ''but Naruto has more chakra'' argument, because you'd have to prove that exhausted VoTE 2 Naruto who made 4 clones somehow has more chakra and stamina required for Adult Sasuke (someone superior to VoTE 2 Sasuke) to make even one PS clone, not to mention that KA and PS are basically the same thing with different name, and Sasuke has reformed his PS in the War Arc multiple times.

Then there's the fact that Madara being Edo and having infinite stamina means jack to Rikudou Sasuke, who, by the way, has not shown or even mentioned being strained from Susano'o ever since he got EMS, let alone half of the Sage's power. And then there's the fact that you're basically saying Rikudou Sasuke can't even accomplish 10% of what Edo Madara did. Lmao.

He made over 1,000 now i'm going to go out on a limb and say that adult Sasuke has more chakra and better chakra control than chapter 1 Naruto. How many legged clones do you think he could make?

It's not that simple. Part 1 Naruto used pretty much all of his chakra to make those clones; you didn't see him use chakra taxing jutsus at all because you evenly split your chakra with each clone you make. Madara's 25 clones all had 1/26th the reserve of Madara's total reserve. So Sasuke would need to make sure he makes a good amount which allows him to be able to use Susanoo and any other jutsu he wants them to use.

back in the pein arc, naruto could only use 3 clones in battle when he had 2 gathering natural energy. That suggests that techniques one can use through their clones isn't solely dependent on the amount of chakra the clones have, but also your skill with kagebunshin and the technique.
