I never said Madara has a bigger tank. We are assuming Kurama has the bigger reserve, because it's a bijuu. Madara has unlimited chakra, allowing him to produce as many clones as he wants with an interval ofcourse. Kurama has more chakra, but not unlimited.

I am guessing up to 50 at max but you have to keep in mind if he makes anymore than he won't be able to maintain susanoo because his max chakra level won't increase.

When you create clones like the Shadow Clones it splits your chakra. We dont know how much is taken away but how do you split an infinite amount of anything? Would that infinite amount be divided by an infinite amount resulting in 1? LOL

I'm going with the idea that the cap is set out where the ET zombie would be in reality. I'll step that up a bit and deduce that by splitting your chakra into things like clones, your cap decreases too. Eg. If Naruto was an edo and had his chakra cap at 100%, then makes a shadow clone, it would be infinite but capped at 50% for both clones until the clone is dispersed. I don't have much to back this up but it makes sense.. Mu's cap decreased when he split into 2 (the other part got sealed) and Joki Boy might be made from the Mizukage himself (it seems like the Mizukage has an oil-like body and Joki Boy is part oil.. just guessing here). If that's not the case than any random ET fodder could create mass clones couldn't they?

I understand what you mean and if you read the whole thread, you would have known that explanation comes from no one but meself.
You are extremely underrating Madara's chakra reserve. He was born with the strongest Uchiha tank and had some Hashi dna added. After that Kabuto modified it. There is no way he can only mantain 50 when his chakra being regenerated after making each clone.

On topic.. it's kind of speculation at this point. I'm almost certain he can make more than 25 but I dunno about an infinite amount. If that was the case a random ET zombie could be multiplied into millions of clones couldn't it?

There is a difference between wooden clones and normal clones. That's what scary about this whole thing.
