[Question] How many Reps to be given?

I have got a question to you people.

If I repped a Person A and I want to rep him again as he helped me in something. How many Reps should I give out so that I can rep the Person A again?

Usually I just wait awhile. I have this problem with only repping the same people when they make me laugh.

I tried that once and a message from the Narutobase stated that i should rep someone else first after i can give rep to my friend.
So you first have to give some rep to other people.
