You don't need any amount of posts to create a Fanfic. You can roleplay (act out w/out actual battle) in Konoha town however you like, but if you wanna battle RP wise, you need a bio. To create a bio you need 50 posts. For certain bios you have to meet specific requirements;

You need to be Genin rank to make a bio i think.

And to write a fanfic? No requirement, just open a thread and write away
