Itachi wasnt the type to kill ppl as he was a pacifist thats why he was a genjutsu specialist, and naruto is the hero hes not going to kill anyone thats what kakashi and sasuke are for.

Well the person who was used as a vessel for the 30% Itachi clone might have been "living" at the same time >_> It definitely needs a living human to perform the jutsu but I dunno if the victim continues to live or not.
