How many parts do you need to replace before you become a robot?

You'll remain a cyborg so long as you were human initially, but I guess robot can be tacked on a cyborg once the cyborg no longer has a single trace of the human it initially was. Or maybe if the cyborg no longer has its own brain, because at that point the human is actually the one supplementing a robotic core.
