[Discussion] How many Orochimaru's Are there?

Sorry for bringing up this old question but I can't get it away from my mind.

We all saw Itachi seal Orochimaru with the Sword of Totsuka.

Now we look at how many prisoners with Orochimaru's cursemark he had locked away.

And there are more prisoner's in the picture, look at the figure's with shadow's in the very back.

Now Orochimaru got revived by Sasuke. We all thought he was gone forever having good dreams molesting children in his sleep.

Now seeing Orochimaru resurrected makes you think one thing. What about the Orochimaru sealed inside the Sword of Totsuka?

My Opinion is that the ORIGINAL Orochimaru is gone forever and we have a brand new Orochimaru.

But then what about these guys? These guy's have Orochimaru's Senjutsu Chakra inside them aswell?

So if Sasuke or possibly Orochimaru was to find every prisoner with a cursemark by Orochimaru and perform the reverse seal on there cursemark and release Orochimaru's Senjutsu Chakra, would we have an Army of Orochimaru's?

Man Kishi is a good TROLL!
I applaud Orochimaru for being a genius. But he went to far, for having multiple backup plans to be revived from the dead.

An army of Orochimaru? It's...possible. I'm not sure. Remember Voldemort and his rudimentary body? His Horcruxes made sure that he couldn't die, but I'm pretty sure he can't make 7 other Voldemorts. If he could, that would be terrifying.

While these comparisons seem valid, one must remember that it is indeed Naruto and not Harry Potter. Things do not work exactly the same even though similar ideas are behind them.

So ... we shall see what happens

Exactly! the curse mark idea was made by horcrux, basically you tear apart your soul "here chakara" to number of pieces, and seal them in other objects, then u become immortal, and to actually kill you, u have to destroy those objects "here known as curse marks"

It's still the exact same concept. There can't be multiple Oro's, because Oro's soul is what is in the cursemark, he can't make his soul tangible in multiple places. The same reason the same person can't be edo'd multiple times at the same time.
