This one is Yo Momma San thread asking about One Piece. We all know how much he loves OP now. Edited as requested.

Oh and for some of the new members and other op fans as well, some of the people in that thread posting and promoting OP is the reason I am only the 7th Biggest One Piece fan.

Now I really want to know how many One Piece fans are on Narutobase, specially since registration has reopened and a flood of new people(and old people on new accounts) have come here. I'm also curious who here hasn't read this manga. The poll is for people to know how others feel about this manga/anime, and if they haven't picked up OP, they may see how many enjoy it and want to try it themselves. If the poll isn't enough to convince people who are on the fence, maybe these threads will help as well.

Those are just the threads from Feb. by doing a quick search saying how much people like One Piece after they have tried it. There are so many more then just the few I have listed here.

OP fan here. I started watching OP around 6 years ago maybe, when it was aired on a channel here on my country, don't remember if it was subbed or dubbed, but the network stopped airing at the end of Alabasta. Now 2 years ago I saw some people discussing it here and it looked interesting, so I decided to start watching the anime from the start, because from what I already seen, I enjoyed it quite alot. Ever since I started again I couldn't stopped watching, it was like I was addicted, and I caught up with the anime in like 3 months maybe, ever since I caught up witht the anime and witht the manga it became my favorite of all time.


Now, why i like it. Well, for starters it has Zoro, he's been my favorite since the moment he appeared, it has great characters, they're developed properly, it has a good mix of action, comedy and some emotional moments, but it's the adventure that makes it special, going around the world with the friends, exploring all kinds of islands and stuff, it really is amazing.

I'm a OP fan but it's not my favorite. I do like it over Naruto and Bleach though. It just seems the best well rounded out of the three, imo.

Shows my transformation from a naruto fanboy to a OP fanboy. At page 3 you can clearly see that I'm in love. I was already at the drum island arc in a matter of weeks, which is fast considering I watched the anime first.

Man. Out of the hundreds of people here, I would have expected a few more votes and posts from everyone. I mean everyone else not voting can't not have watched/read One Piece. I know some of the mods and admins like OP and would like to see where they rate it as well.



As for me, I say it is my favorite manga, but 2nd and 3rd follow closely behind. As for long running mangas, this is the best one I have ever read. Tower of God would be a close 2nd. It has the best story out of any manga so far. The action is also top notch, and the world they are in has so many secrets and mysteries, it's no wonder so many people love this manga. Not to mention how likable the characters are. There is so much going for One Piece, it is impossible not to like this series.
