Chidori might be a stretch. Sasuke has the speed to build up for that attack and the faster you go the stronger an attack becomes. It's why guys like the Flash can do major damage if they're going fast enough.

Could you elaborate, please? He susano camped/dodged Danzo's attacks & he had to be saved twice vs Bee via juugo/Karin chakra. Where is this tanking? I'm probably forgetting tbh.
