What? You guys are crazy. Let me point out a few things about the 3 sannin that you may not already have known.
Jiraiyi killed 3 of the deva paths by himself when it was 6 vs 1 and all of them had each others vision.
Orochimaru killed Hiruzen(the same hiruzen that pushed the nine tails out of kohona by himself), the same hiruzen that was said to be as strong if not stronger than the 1st hokage when hiruzen was in his prime. Also I think orochimaru could beat itachi, remember that sasuke beat itachi, but also admits that he would never have beaten orochimaru if he had been able to use both his arms and was not already so weak, and even then it was hard for him to win and even then he STILL didnt kill orochimaru. AND Orochimaru without arms or jutsu was able to hold off naruto with the nine tails shroud.
Tsunade with her yin seal release makes her basically unkillable and is also the best medical ninja in the world.
All of these are them acting by themselves so we can assume that they know alot of team techniques and work well together as they did use to be a team. And dont forget about there huge summonings, the fact that orochimaru is borderline unkillable and has the sword of kusangi that can cut through anything and can extent at will, and jiraiya with SM, tsunade has unbelievable strength and was able to heal everyone in the village by herself, all she has to do is attach a slug to both orochi and jiraiya and she can heal them from a distance while they all fight.
Each Sannin is easily hokage level by themselfs, so you can rephrase the question as, who do you think can fight against 3 hokages working together as a unit.
