How Many Naruto-to-DBZ Similarities Can You Come Up With ?

Can guys think of some of the ways Naruto and DBZ are similar?

Here are some ideas my friends came up with:

Naruto: Ninjas. Dbz: Aliens
Naruto: Can´t win? Believe in friendship and your ninja way. Dbz: Scream louder.
Naruto: Crazy hair. Dbz: Crazier hair.
Naruto: Inapporopirate colours for ninjas. Dbz: Entirely irrelevant.

have u played ultimate ninja storm 2 ? remember when pain got that rasengan too the stomach? they showed the ghost of pervy sage just like when gohan did his final kamehameha against cell, but i think that might have only been in the game.kishimoto did write for the game though . anyway that rocklee 8 gates is like kaioken

OT : I know that I've read way back that Kishi stated that Naruto (the series) was inspired by a lot of things , mainly : DBZ and Harry Potter , so obviously there are a lot of similarities (btw. you forgot that Jugo is somewhat like Jinzo Ningen 16) .

Vegeta and Deidara - both blow themselves up to kill their opponent

Sasuke is better than Vegeta. Sasuke doesn't care about surpassing Naruto he just wants revenge. Vegeta is obsessed with surpassing Kakurot. Sasuke got over that as a teenager

Scream louder? Seriously? The manga that u read now (Naruto) got influenced the most out of DbZ... OFC there are similarities... I hate when ppl are being disrespectful and especially on this specific topic. Akira's work was awesome and motivated many mangakas out there to start their own. Next time do some research before starting a thread like this. Also search bar works as far as i know. There were many other threads about it already :sy:

yeah but sasuke was a crybaby about his whole clan dieing and wants revenge for his brothers death, for protecting the village hes trying to destroy. also he just kills innocent people who have nothing to do with it for his goal (the samurai for example).

while vegeta dealed with his planet, 99% of his race, everyone he ever came close to who was a saiyan, and his parents getting destroyed. not to mention living with the person who caused it all(also knowing he wasnt strong enough to kill him) and STILL acts like a boss bout it all.

thats your opinion but im just saying.....

Vegeta dealed with it? How by becoming Freezas bitch for his whole life and doing his dirty work. You call that being a boss? Sasuke wants revenge which is reasonable. Sasuke hasn't killed anyone innocent as of yet but he plans to as part of his revenge. He is just taking an eye for an eye.


You think Vegeta hasn't killed any innocents? Trolololo. Sasuke killed Samarui who attacked him. They are all warriors
