Why are you limiting Naruto? In Sage Mode alone He can see and doge Sakura super punch and He doesn't need to land a clean punch the Natural Energy surrounding His body will Hit Sakura and send Her flying Remember the fight Naruto VS 3rd Raikage? Dose that give you an indication? Sakura is slow next to Naruto. And even in clone mode Rasengan Barrage would null Sakura.

Base mode Naruto is possibly stronger than Sakura....with her yin release Sage mode can match. ...if naruto wanted to kill Sakura he could whenever he wanted

If Sakura lands a punch on him (with Yin release) then he would be screwed, however Naruto is way faster than her with BM and KCM, so he can easily dodge her and catch her surprised..then he can use rasengan/rasenshuriken.

So just incase I would say 2 clones in BM would be enough to finish her because they are really strong themselves.

I'd say 10-30. Base Naruto clones can use a pretty big Oodama Rasengan. He destroyed Madara's Mokuton Jutsu with base clones only. He also has pretty good Taijutsu, reflexes, and speed in base mode (Like when Omoi and Karui attacked Naruto, Sai, and Sakura).
