Kakashi ran Raikiri and obliterated Obitos heart and put a giant hole in his chest and he obviously didnt die. So no. People with regenerative abilities easily recover.

I understand but how does one live when the heart is destroyed completely? I mean outside of going by what the Manga says, isn't it logical to think that if someone removed your heart through some kind of weapon in a blow ... wouldn't that just stop you from living completely? How do you regenerate if your heart is gone lmao
Indra, mate... :lol. Sakura and Tsunade can definitely heal from a heart stab. Not only is not an instant death, as already explained, but Tsunade was walking around after receiving a Susano'o blade to her spinal cord, which would normally mean instant paralysis and eventual death. If she healed from that, a stab to the heart isn't doing anything.

Because your body remembers the genetic placement and patterns of cells. So your body would know how and where to place specific cells in order to replicate the heart and make a new one (only possible in a manga, since we obviously can't use chakra in real life)
Bodily formation and other information is permanatley stores in every nucleus of every cell in the body; generics, chromosomes, that kind of thing.
It's how you can cut your finger but when it heals, your finger print is exactly the same as before.
