Im going with atleast 700 chapters.

Oda said we had 10+ years before in the past after the marine ford arc lol he's the writer and all but isn't a very reliable source

"the downfall of Doflamingo" has been going for 100 chaps now , this includes PH etc, just imagine what it would take for a yonkou

This is only because Oda paces his story veeeeery slowly. Honestly he could probably finish every thing up in 400 chapters if he kicked up the pace even slightly

Well oda did say the series was halfway at timeskip which was chapter 597. So double that = 1194 manga chapters.


We are currently on chapter 755 . So basically put 1194-755 = 434 chapters left of One Piece

Some of those can be covered in a single chapter. It's possible to end the series in 400-500 chapters, assuming we have a second TS.

to be honest, I don't really care how many more chapters there are so long as the story reaches an epic conclusion in a reasonable amount of time.... by reasonable, I mean an amount of time that I will actually follow the series for.

I'm already in my twenties, and if you guys saying 10 or 15 more years are right, that means it won't finish until I'm in my 30's.... tbh, I'm not sure if I'll still be reading manga and watching anime then as much as I do now...
