How many modes does naruto have

SM naruto which sage mode.
CM naruto which is the chakra cloak mode.
Can you guys please help me with the rest, it would be nice if you add both the abbreviations and full names.

Naruto has sage mode,HAD bijuu mode (Which is now obsolete thanks to KM which is Kurama mode the difference is that after complete perfect union of both chakras and mastery of charkra control in all aspects (of which we see through naruto in the form of shape and nature manipulation,his ability to handle larges amounts and the ability to channel it to others and most recently through the ability to fly) naruto and kyuubis chakra become one,magnifying its potential and allowing them to use all their powers at once.BM mode forcefully took kurama's chakra in exchange while kurama was taking his chakra so at no pointed did their chakra work together in BM MODE.

There is also Sage Kurama Mode its the same as KM only amplified even more by nature energy.

This new mode is the embodiment of the sagers psychical energy a pure power up of sorts GREATLY boosting his energy which allows him to gather even more outrageous amounts of nature energy
