Idk I dont really mind the manga breaks, but I HATE FILLERS, it would not be bad if they gave it to us like they did in the past but now we get a couple of cannon episodes then months of filler than again and again, its really becoming bull shit!!

09/10 was a garbo year for shueisha and wsj. Almost everybody got sick, Kubo dipped for a while too. I believe Oda went on his 4 month hiatus somewhere in that year too. If not that year, a couple of months before. Very thin magazines came out that year
