Also German a bit, Spanish and can understand Greek.

Well, if we say how many languages can I speak fluently?

That would be 2 languages, English and Dutch.

Aside from that I'm practicing 3 other languages.

German, Spanish and another one which isn't even worth mentioning really, it's called Papiamentu.

So, in total you could say 5.
