How many episodes left?

Considering we are around chapter 670 now if I am right, if they go straight towards the end without dream fillers or past fillers we have around 10 episodes left?

Fillers = Maybe in 50 episodes ( It would take close to a year)

I'm pretty certain they will add more stupid fillers just to only extend the time of airing the shippuuden, I must say that Naruto series is doomed with fillers.

Well, considering that each episode has an average of 2 chapters worth of content (sometimes 1.5 or even 3 but the latter is quite rare), there should be about 15 canon episodes left (15 * 2 = 30 and 670 + 30 = 700, GG maths lol).

Now, there is already a promo episode next week (the movie comes out next week) so next week is not canon for sure but after that I dunno.

There is also an upcoming chapter that screams filler (Manga readers will know what I'm talking about). Honestly, that's probably the only way they will find to add in more filler episodes and in the worst case scenario, they could turn it into a mini arc (11 episodes max) but, I don't think they will do that xD (I hope not, I really hope they don't...).

Thanks for the answers, ah so 2 chapters eh, thought 3, yeah they will probably add some fillers but I don't mind since Naruto is close to over it will be intresting to get some extra content.

Without fillers, theres realistically close to 20 episodes left. The average 10 episodes that everyone else has come up with is based on the anime covering 3 chapters per episode, but the anime hasn't done that in quite awhile.

The next episode will only cover 2 chapters [each episode leaves off on a cliffhanger, and two chapters from where the last episode leaves off at has both Naruto and Sasuke revived. Cliffhanger]

After that, episodes will only cover a few chapters [1-2] per episode, because it is apparent at this point that SP is milking this anime for all they have. It will likely be close to 10 episodes before we even see the end of the Kaguya fight at this rate, and thats without filler. As for Naruto vs Sasuke, SP has openly stated in a [fairly] recent interview that they are going to extend the Naruto vs Sasuke fight significantly, putting a heavy emphasis on Taijutsu, just like the VoTE fight in Part 1. If that info is correct, expect up to 5 episodes to cover that fight in its entirety. After that I guarantee you at least a 2 episode special for the conclusion to the show, assuming there are no more episodes between Naruto vs Sasuke and the conclusion [wouldnt be surprised if there was].

All in all, we still have 15-20 episodes left. And you can be damn sure there will be another filler arc, maybe even two, before this damn show ends.

As for Naruto vs Sasuke, SP has openly stated in a [fairly] recent interview that they are going to extend the Naruto vs Sasuke fight significantly, putting a heavy emphasis on Taijutsu, just like the VoTE fight in Part 1.

If that is true, that would actually be freaking awesome as the actual fight was quite short. I'm all in for extended taijutsu scenes.

I think in October they releasing The Last on DVD/BD and before that Boruto movie is released in Japanese theaters, I wonder when they release the DVD/BD of Boruto, I definitely want to get the physical copy of The Last and probably Boruto one but don't know when they will release it, I just hope not in next October :erm:
