I think Kishi's done some great character development, I really did feel for Obito in this chapter.

I've been disappointed for years. This chapter isn't really anything special, just one in a long line of disappointments. I must have some kind of cognitive dissonance, as I'm continuing to read this stuff. Maybe I've invested too much time into it to not see how it ends. Maybe I just like self inflicted pain. well i was extremely disappointed but i mean i knew obito was gonna get tnj the minute we found out he was obito i just hated how kishi simplified the extraction of the beasts with a simple childs game of tug of war. i mean really? this is what the ultimate world war of shinobi turns into? a game of tug of war? thats freaking stupid and if bleach hadnt come out today i would have regretted reading a manga today

i dont mind the whole talk no jutsu in the end of the day obito was conflicting against narutos ideals of peace so it would only make sense for obito to admit he was wrong also its already been commented on narutos ability to change people so it would be stupid to not use that as a plot element
