Who cares...? i.e. Why is this question both important and relevant whatsoever to the manga? Further, I question your lack of bias in the matter. If Naruto hadn't of used Kurama's power so many times, he'd be a moron. The same applies to Sasuke and his Sharingan/MS/EMS. Thus, counting the number of times each character has relied on their strongest power is pointless. How many times did: Minato use FTG, Kabuto merge other's DNA and use ET/IWR, Itachi use MS, Onooki use Jinton release,...? :y
I honestly can't tell if you're trolling or being serious, but neither outcome is good, as you should know the answer. The answer is factual; thus there's nothing to discuss. If he did it ten times, five times, or 40 times, what is there to discuss... a number? It's like asking us to discuss how many times 2 can be multiplied to generate 10, which is 5 times - discuss... How enthralling to discuss the number "5," lol. :shrug:
As well, Naruto is the main character, as stated by so many people; thus, if he didn't have Kurama to aid him, Kishi would've simply written the story for him to be powerful and avoid being killed in any number of ways, of which sealing the Yang Kurama was evidently one. Yes, I know the position of the debate on if Naruto having Kurama is the same as Sasuke's Sharingan, given Naruto received his minutes after his birth while Sasuke's was a KG. Naruto's position as main character trumps whatever the mechanism of Naruto's survival (i.e. Kurama). The same goes for Sasuke et al. Who knows, maybe if he was a Hyuuga the Byakuugan would've been uber-powerful... That you're oblivious to this basic literary tactic is strange, and should've been incorporated in the OP.
I apologize, as I'm normally not this critical, but this is such a retreaded thread topic - going back years - (i.e. please use the search engine in the future), I also question your intentions based on previous threads created, and I feel the topic matter doesn't even seem to serve a beneficial purpose to the NB community. I don't know, hopefully I didn't come across as critically as I thought. lol Again, my apologies if I did. I hardly post anymore, so maybe I've lost my touch, who knows... :sy:
