- At the beginning Kisame will flood the battlefield, sure it gives Mei some help but Kisame and Itachi will look to take her out next .

- To distract the rest of the Kages Kisame will summon his sharks, which will attack the Kages who are most likely trying to attack the duo.

- Distracted by the sharks, Mei will fall victim to an Amaterasu. She falls.

-With Onoki, Tsunade, and Gaara left they are now in Kisame-land. He fuses with Samehada and dives into the water. Gaara will probably take to the sky along with Onoki and Tsunade to avoid the water.

- But taking to the sky will be no use because Itachi will use Susano'o and hurl Magatamas at them. They will be defended by Gaara and Onoki will try to use Jinton but before he knows it a large water dome has formed and they are trapped in it. Inside of the water they are all done.

- Gaara's sand is rendered useless, Onoki is surprised by the attack and before he knows it he's Amaterasu'd!!! (Yes, underwater. Amaterasu is inextinguishable. Unless you have MS.) Gaara and Tsunade are finished by Kisame while Itachi uses Susano'o to swim out.

That link leads to a theory and the people there are saying that one could accept the fact that water made his sand heavier and slow in the filler. If Gaara had gold it would be different but he doesn't.

Water dome immobilizes Aye's speed, and unless he can swim out of it then he dies of lack of oxygen.
Mei is a tough one but I believe Itachi, Hidan and Kakazu make light work of her.
Onoki gets handled by Pain paths and Zetsu.
And Gaara will be the hardest one. But Deidara, Sasori and Obito and take him out.

7 times out of 10 Akatsuki will win. Most of them are Kage level anyway, so there's no shame in losing to them.

EDIT: And I see you just said akatsuki members and not as a whole. You didn't quite specify only 1 akatsuki member so I'll keep my post like that since it is a few members versus each.
