I will keep this nice and short for you.

The majority of your post focused on tsunade's brute strength and of course I can't deny her strength is a key role here. Anyways regarding your remark regarding tsunade destroying roots and causing yamato to create more root's I found to be fanfiction because it simply doesn't and won't work like that, can you even comprehend how many roots their are in the earth? No matter how much damage tsunade deals there will always be roots in the earth's surface so I will no longer further comment on that part of your post. And you do realize yamato has shown to create mukoton using his body parts correct? Without the need to use another source such as the earth it's self?
Yeah so what if there are many roots in the earth? The ones not damaged will be far below the ground so it would take even longer for Yamato to sprout mokuton. Sure Yamato can create mokuton from his body parts but that just allows Tsunade to grab Yamato and then make quick work of him like , which was used to restrain Tsunade but Oro's restraint failed and Tsunade managed to grab him and then punch him.
Regarding the Juubi clone's being one shotted you have to use logic, those are mere clones and not shinobi, shinobi have been shown to encounter very deadly blows such as neji against kidomaru and unfortunately got 2 holes in his chest area to my understanding and still manage to fight and stand, now keeping that in mind I don't see sakura's punch killing off yamato or one shotting him instantly considering it isnt even making impact with him but rather the ground and if he get's sent flying up he can alway's simply use mukoton to use as a transport method and stop himself from falling or rather use his mukoton forest growth technique to soften the impact similar to what he did with naruto and bee and the other animals when turtle island flipped over and they almost fell making impact with the concrete but . Not too mention sakura is left vulnerable if she would try to jump into the air and punch the ground as she did against the Juubi clone, she is leaving her self defenseless against mukoton branches coming from behind her and restrictions her arm/hand movements similar to what . Also I do agree if sakura decides to punch the ground yamato will be exposed but do keep in min attack prevention technique allow the users to merge into their surrounding's so he isnt restricted to only the earth/below him.
Neji only got pierced in the shoulder whereas a punch the ground creates a massive shockwave everywhere around the user which means the enemy has to take the brunt of the damage literally everywhere on their body unlike the arrow example. Also Neji's case is a bit different since he did manage to somewhat dodge the arrows to prevent them from striking his vitals and he does have the ability to emit chakra out of his body to change the trajectory of projectile based attacks. If Yamato is falling, yes he will survive easily, but he'll take damage when he gets sent up by the shockwave. Enough with the restraining Tsunade thing. Yamato isn't growing enough mokuton to restrain her completely. If Yamato is merged with the surroundings, he'll face the brunt of the attack at its worst since shockwaves travel through solid mediums more easily than in liquid or gaseous mediums.
The sussano swords obviously didn't slow tsunade down because they arent meant for restraints, I don't think you comprehend yamato's mukoton versatility he can choose where to spawn his mukoton branches as shown when he stopped , meaning if tsunade comes in for a attack her movements can be stopped giving yamato the means to escape the situation before impact.
My point is that Yamato can't outright kill Tsunade with damage. The case with Kabuto is that he had to keep attention against several other shinobi, not just Yamato.
I am perfectly aware that kisame broke free from a petty mukoton restrain but none the less I won't deny what you showed, and keep in mind I am not saying tsunade won't be capable of breaking his mukoton, and also keeping in mind it has been shown when tsunade fights for long period's of time she starts to ''pant'' and the after effects of her regeneration abilities start to kick in and her fighting begins to become sloppy noted Ay during the war.
Yeah but Yamato has been shown to pant if he uses too much mokuton. You do realize Tsunade had already given her chakra to other kages in the Madara fight right?
Regarding katsuya I agree that if she summons her the match is pretty much in her hands.. But realistically shinobi have only been shown to summon their animal creature's against multiple opponents and other opponents who have also summoned their animal creatures but yes I agree with katsuya the match is more one sided.
So you agree that if Tsunade starts with Katsuyu, she emerges the victor more often than not?

Prince Charles, you always surprise me Lol

Tsunade breaks his Mokuton, no matter how you look at it. It's only a catch-up game. And with Katsuyu, she can melt the battlefield, placing Yamato in a trap.

Tsunade beats him.

Nah Yamato's mokuton couldn't hold a weakened Kisame and Tsunade is stronger than Kisame physically so she would be able to break out of the wood without much difficulty then all she needs is one punch/kick to finish Yamato.

He could take her on but he'd be left with shreds.
