how Madara survived ?

Explanation is coming.... It's something we'll have to hear from Madara as it seems he's the only one who knows... If Hashirama had any clue or hint to share with us that Madara may have survived... it would blow alot of things out of the water.

So yeah... It's way too soon to say how Madara got ahold of cells or was able to come back from that wound.

But I'm putting it down to Izanagi or/and genjutsu for now!

The only one i can think of is Mito though we haven't seen anything from her "yet".

Looking at the flash back picture, with obito, Madara was showing his wound to Obito, so most likely he may have used some of hashi's blood laying around

Oh well. Hashirama messed a big one. He should have been more aware of how dangerous Madara was. He should have cut his head, arms and legs off, burn it to ashes and spread it all over Konohagakure. That would be it. What was he thinking? Only one stab.

Looks like he was saved by someone.. or healed himself with senju DNA that he got before.. probably .. chances are that some konoha ninja saved him..

That's very unlikely because everyone including the Uchihas in the village sided with Hashirama.

Hashirama certainly missed the heart, or Madara repaired himself by using Hashirama's blood on his weapons.

Interesting points on Madara's survival..
1. Someone helped madara..
2. Madara used Genjutsu..

Story would be interesting if it is 1.. but more chances for the 2nd though..
If it is 1, Who is the person that helped madara? some1 who trusts Madara more than Hashi... and powerful/strong enough to save madara from Hashi's killer blow..

Unless Madara had made White Zetsu before this fight, I can't really think of what ninja would would want to help a power-hungry ninja even when he's hurt.

Genjutsu. Madara said, he was the only one capable of seeing through the bunshin technique. It's likely he was indeed stabbed, but making Hashirama believe he is dead with genjutsu is possible.
