He easily reaplied his missing arm with white Zetsu arm. Zetsu can also absorb chakra through moth and extended limbs.

he also isnt using zetsu body because he was first revived as edo tensei and kabuto didnt have zetsu to use as sacrifuce
the modifications kabuto made to his edo tensei body remain (hashirama face on his chest)

also zetsu parts can be attached to normal bodies, madara attached zetsu parts to obito's body

I know you said Rinne Tensei, like I said in my post, what I said might be confusing
What I meant was, Madara was resurrected as an Edo Tensei, meaning it was the body he had in his prime. Obito then used Rinne Tensei on that Edo Tensei body (he still has Hashirama's face on his chest, meaning it was the same body that his Edo Tensei body was). He didn't create zetsu until he was an old man (or at least until after his "death", since white zetsu is made of Hashirama's DNA), so since the body he currently has was the body he had in his prime, he cannot have a zetsu body by that logic.

Madara clearly tells Kabuto that he didn't create his "extra" power. As said by the Secong, though not directly, Edos aren't resurrected withh\ full power. Oro's though is close, with the use of Hashi cells.

"The secrets of my body" What could his secrets be? It shouldn't have been to hard for Oro to stumble on the hypothesis that Madara experimented with Hashi cells before death, especially when he uses Hashi cells himself.

Hence how he ended up merging them with his Edo Tensei.
