How madara is controlling Obito

Madara probably stored fragments of his black rods inside obito when he attached the white zetsu to Obito's body. So when madara channeled his chakra the control rods began to grow. Since Obito's body is mostly zetsu the white zetsu turned black therefore since the black zetsu contain madara's will madara now has full control of obito.

Truly a smart move on Madara's part, he basically used to white Zetsu half that he used to keep Obito alive as his insurance to come back to life. Madara's revival was guaranteed the moment he saved Obito.
