How Madara implanted Hashiramas DNA ?

Yeah dat is my question, i have not the time to post the panels, i am also at my smartphone.

I am confused, in what for wounds did Madara implanted Hashiramas DNA when Izanagi restores all the damage from body ? Cmon when you can outwit the death, then the wounds should also be gone.
Can someone explain?

He would still have wounds with Izanagi. Izanagi only erased the effect of a specific moment and so Madara rewrote only his death. For him to not have sustain any wounds, he would have to use Izanagi every time Hashirama struck him. A prime example would be the Konan vs Obito fight.
