How Madara got to the battlefield so fast (Theory)

Madara was not summoned. How could he be? He obviously just jumped/flew to the location and came crashing down like a meteor. None of the other signs that indicate any other method of travel are present, nor have we seen anyone who wasn't using a specific jutsu be summoned.

Madara was not summoned by anybody he REVERSED SUMMONED himself. He could have used the Food Cart Destroyer Techique
