How Madara absorbed chakra.

So, I did a bit of research on Naruto wikia and found an article on chakra absorption:

" Chakra Absorption Techniques (チャクラ吸引術, Chakura Kyūin Jutsu; English TV "Chakra Absorption Jutsu") are techniques that allow the user to absorb another individual's chakra. They are typically used to absorb chakra from an opponent and add it to the user's own chakra reserves, allowing them to utilise it as if it were their own, while simultaneously exhausting the opponent's physical energy and limiting the techniques that they can perform.


Some ninja, such as Yoroi Akadō, Jirōbō, Kisame Hoshigaki and Orochimaru are able to use this technique by merely coming into contact with an opponent."

I think Madara too absorbed chakra from that fodder ninja in the same way :

Well.....he did do exactly what was explained. I agree....but for some reason I feel there is more to Madara absorbing things. Good thread nonetheless! XD

Oh...also Madara used his to heal himself I believe while boosting his chakra.

Probably yess, but It seems very ordinary if we analyze Hashirama's reaction when He saw Madara absorbing Chakra....he was very surprised by this ? even then He saw the rinnegan , his own face on Madara's chest, hiw wood style used by Madara .... He only surprised by this tech.. of Madara ... I believe there is more secret hiding after this

Madara can absorb chakra because he is Uchiha and Senju. Those with the power of those 2 clans have access to Rikudou techniques. Besides, Hashirama said Madara is restoring his old powers which means its unique trait of Madara.
