On the next page Naruto says there aren't any winners or losers in this fight lol. But you want to say Sasuke lost because HOURS after the battle ends as a draw with them both laying on the ground unable to move,dieing from bloodloss from having their arm cut off that he lost,he said that as a friendly gesture in response to Naruto,who still said he wanted to fight even though he couldn't even move.

We see the actual battle was a draw,hours afterwards Sasuke decides to hand Naruto the win as in response to Naruto still wanting to fight even though he couldn't.

You not only ignore the context of the situation,of why Sasuke said he loss,but also Naruto's own response to him denying winning the fight.
