Doubt it. Naruto and Sasuke were already at their prime. As hokage Naruto would find his time entirely consumed in village affairs and eating Ramen and since there is no global threat for him to test his ability on I highly doubt he endured training of any sort after facing Kaguya. ​

Sasuke was holding his own against Naruto with perfect Susano'o and the 6 realms before harnessing the Biju's chakra. RM Naruto's arsenal can be warped away with Kamui; I could extend that to Naruto himself. ​
