You saw what Juubi could do. It's Juubidama was on the same level when Kid Gohan was attacking Frieza in Namek. SO6P is stronger than that, but he has no chance against someone who can travel faster than the light and with his energy open dimensions to another world by just shouting in the air. There's no way.

A better question is, how long would he last against later DB Goku?

Come on, 50% Master Roshi destroyed the Moon, and he wasn't even close to Goku's power at full strength. Goku from Dragon Ball takes this without too much difficulty, by feats.
