How long would current Kiba last against Sasuke (no enton or Susanoo)
and against Naruto (no SM or Kyuubi chakra)

Both he and Akamaru becomes Sasuke's ***** in the first few seconds due to genjutsu. I can't really say much for Naruto since we barely even see his base form, but he'd still win in the amount of time it takes to form and throw a Rasenshuriken.
