It is pretty obvious that Hagoromo was derived from the true progenitor, solo god, and creator of all things, PRIME HIRUZEN.
Lord rikuzen grew tired of solo'ing all threats to his limitless kingdom and domain so he left the responsibilities of protecting the world to his descendent, the SO6P and his offspring.
They may state otherwise but we all know deep inside who the true saviour of the Narutoverse is.
When the manga ends Kishi's greatest accomplishment will be convincing the masses that prime Hiruzen was but a myth. In reality though, the world just was not ready to witness such immeasurable power..
Hype is the cornerstone of legends....
