Kakashi was 13 when he became a Jounin. Minato became Hokage after the war. Kakashi is 30, Naruto is 17, making him 14 years older than Naruto. However long Minato was Hokage, it was not more than 1 year. End of story.

here i think he was 13 and 3 months older because of his hair growth, then after some time Minato became a hokage(less than a year and more than a month), which means at that time Obito was near the age (14)

And after some years here is when he fought Minato:

his voice changed and was tall i think at that time he was 18 and at that time minato died.

now lets see:
Minato became a hokage when Obito was near the age (14)
he died when Obito was near the age (18)

meaning:

What this guy said! But indeed, Hiruzen aged exponentially after retiring, putting on the equivalent of indeed about ten years in one year, and then no significant change in the ten years that followed. Being Hokage appears to be a really good anti-aging solution.
