How long does a person have to be inactive to where I don't have to ask permission for a custom bio they own

More than three months if I remmeber correctly(I only ever made a bio anf got bored quickly so I might be wrong)

Three months, though that being said. If the user comes back, and doesn't like that you've taken the bio, or whatnot. They the owner can get it moved to the declined section.

And also if the bio just say you can't have it like Deadpool you can't make his bio even the person that has him isn't here anymore.
