How am I trolling? Look at the last chapter.Sasuke has the best Rinnegan in existence.

Sasuke has the Choku tomoed Rinnegan so clearly it is better.He can do S/T jutsu with his Rinnegan but Madara is limited to Limbo.
Clearly Sasuke has the better dojutsu
